A brand company, not a trading company
Y&Y MEDICAL was founded in Seoul in June 2026. We work with one Korean brand, lēfilleo. We bring it to new countries with its registration, and we train the doctors who use it. We would rather serve fewer markets well than many markets badly.
Why we started
Korean aesthetic products are good. What often goes wrong is everything around them once they leave Korea: a registration file that stalls for a year, a clinic that receives a product with no training, a question that no one answers.
Our founder spent his career on that side of the business, building partnerships in more than 30 countries and working more than 30 international exhibitions for Korean medical-aesthetics companies. Y&Y MEDICAL is that experience organized as a company: distribution, registration and training under one roof, so that the work after the sale is done by the same people who made the sale.
Two decisions follow from that. We work with one brand, lēfilleo, instead of a catalog, because you cannot train doctors on what you do not know well. And we treat education as the business itself, not a marketing cost: the YNY Medical Academy is where our time goes first.

Before founding Y&Y MEDICAL, Lloyd led overseas sales and regulatory work for Korean medical-aesthetics companies: distributor networks in more than 30 countries, product launches, device registrations and more than 30 international exhibitions.
He started Y&Y MEDICAL to do the part of the business he cared about most, the work that happens after the contract is signed.
